Over 600 community properties in the Nordics

Nordiqus was founded in 2022 and today owns more than 600 properties across the Nordics, all anchored in publicly funded operations. The portfolio covers all types of educational properties across the entire learning chain – from preschools and primary schools to secondary schools, universities, and adult education.

The organization at Nordiqus is structured to ensure that children, students, and learners have the best possible educational environment. We achieve this by being efficient and maintaining close collaboration with our clients while supporting them every step of the way.

With our deep expertise in both educational properties and school operations, we enable municipalities to meet today’s demands while staying ahead of tomorrow’s needs. The design of schools is constantly evolving, and at Nordiqus, we offer flexible, adaptable facilities combined with value-adding services – always tailored to local conditions.

Our goal is for Nordiqus to be the natural, long-term partner for municipalities and independent actors when building new or renovating educational properties. With a community-building perspective, we manage and develop properties of the highest quality for future generations.
