At Nordiqus, sustainability is a central part of everything we do. We create environments where people can work and spend time for years to come, and through our local engagement, we contribute to socially, environmentally, and economically sustainable development.

Our locally anchored property management allows for close and personal client relationships. At the same time, the company’s size and capacity enable us to make the necessary investments to meet our clients’ needs and expectations.

We operate in line with the Paris Agreement, with the goal of achieving climate neutrality by 2050. Our efforts focus on building a property portfolio that is resilient to climate-related risks, applying a lifecycle perspective across all operations. This ensures the efficient and responsible use of natural resources while actively promoting biodiversity.

Our energy projects aim to reduce energy consumption and transition to sustainable energy sources. All electricity in Nordiqus’ properties comes exclusively from renewable sources, and we are working toward the goal of reducing annual energy use by 3% – a target we currently exceed.

Today, approximately 100 of Nordiqus’ properties are environmentally certified, with an additional 20 in the process of certification. This is a clear testament to our ongoing commitment to creating a more sustainable property portfolio.
