Sustainability

Nordiqus creates sustainable environments where citizens are expected to work and live for a long time to come. In this effort, sustainability is key. Nordiqus’ local commitments contributes to a social, environmental and economically sustainable development. Our locally based management provides close and direct contact with customers and our size allows us to make necessary investments in our educational facilities. 

The company manages its operations in line with the international climate agreement (Paris Agreement) with the overall goals of being climate neutral by 2030 and having a portfolio adapted to minimize climate-related risks. The company shall apply a life-cycle perspective to its operations and ensure efficient and responsible use of natural resources and work to promote biodiversity. 

We focus on implementing projects to reduce energy use or transition to renewable energy. We work to reduce our energy consumption by 3% per year. Currently, about 20% of our portfolio is environmentally certified.
