Nordiqus AB, one of the largest owners of educational infrastructure assets in the Nordics, expands its portfolio by acquiring six newly constructed educational assets from Hoivatilat AB, part of the Belgian investor Aedifica Group. The portfolio includes an elementary school and five preschools, fully let to financial stable operators with total lettable area of approx. 11,000 square meters and a WAULT of 13 years.
”We are extremely pleased to complete yet another acquisition and include this high-quality educational portfolio with newly built properties and long lease-agreements in attractive locations in our portfolio. The investment is fully in line with our strategy to own educational infrastructure that meets the needs of today and tomorrow”, says Samuel Spetz, CFO.
Closing is estimated to take place by the end of March 2025, and the agreed underlying property value amounts to SEK 454 million.
“Through this acquisition, we expand our portfolio of high-quality educational infrastructure and create a stronger foundation for growth together with both existing and new tenants. We continuously evaluate new investment opportunities and look forward to further expanding our portfolio through acquisitions as well as the development of our existing assets. We are happy to collaborate with both new and existing clients and partners”, says Jenny Rehn, CEO.
