One of Nordiqus’ most important tasks is to continuously develop educational facilities and create school environments that truly support learning. Through our project operations, renewal and development take place in close collaboration with our clients. The focus is on modern learning environments, energy efficiency, sustainable materials, and reuse. The goal is always to find tailored solutions that meet each client’s needs.

Health Sciences Center

In 2024, a project was initiated to transform the Guldheden 8:11 property from its previous role as the Earth Sciences Center within the University of Gothenburg into a unified Health Sciences Center (HVC), accommodating health scientists from both the University of Gothenburg and the Västra Götaland Region.

Noblaskolan

Noblaskolan has been a sought-after school in Boden for many years, thanks to its central and scenic location.

Preschool Höganäs

During 2022–2023 the preschool was expanded with 635 sq.m. The preschool is certified according to Miljöbyggnad Bronze and solar cells are installed on the roof. In additions to the new buildings we have developed the outdoor environment with a new wooden deck and upgraded the playground.

Mosjö Sweden

As Mosjö skola expands, students are transported by bus to other schools to conduct their education. The need for larger facilities is evident and urgent.

Sjöbotten Falun
