One of our most important tasks is to continuously develop our education social infrastructure assets to provide the best environment to support education and development. Through our project activities, we are able to improve and update educational facilities together with our customers. We focus on developing the learning environment, energy efficiency improvements, sustainable material choices and reuse. We always work closely with our customers to create tailor-made assets which meet their needs. The projects are run by knowledgeable and experienced employees.
In 2024, a project was initiated to transform the Guldheden 8:11 property from its previous role as the Earth Sciences Center within the University of Gothenburg into a unified Health Sciences Center (HVC), accommodating health scientists from both the University of Gothenburg and the Västra Götaland Region.
