To address the need for school places at Söderbymalmsskolan in Haninge

Need: More school places, relocation of school places, and a sports hall.

Nordiqus and Haninge’s education administration, together with architects and consultants, carried out a renovation, rebuilding and extension of the school of the former university premises in the block Riksäpplet 2. To ensure that the new premises met both current and future needs, the approach was to create the conditions for a flexible building within the existing structure. The solution was a clear and simple floor plan. Söderbymalmsskolan’s now has state-of-the-art premises with new furnishings, new equipment, and the highest quality in terms of technical solutions and IT – altogether creating the conditions for a great learning environment and study peace.
