Nordiqus reinforces long-term funding platform through refinancing and renewed RCF

Nordiqus, a leading educational infrastructure provider in the Nordics, is pleased to announce the completion of its third successful refinancing under the PP programme in the past 18 months. The latest issuance amounts to SEK 1.1 billion and carries long-term maturities in line with previous tranches. This brings the company’s total capital markets funding to over SEK 18 billion and demonstrates that Nordiqus investment grade infrastructure rating continues to provide access to favourable capital markets financing.

In parallel, the company has renegotiated and secured a revolving credit facility (RCF) totalling approximately SEK 2 billion.

”With this transaction, we continue to execute our strategy to refinance and optimise our debt portfolio through the capital markets. The latest SEK 1.1 billion issuance further strengthens our long-term funding platform and enhances our financial flexibility. We are particularly pleased to see strong continued support from our existing investors, underlining the confidence in Nordiqus credit quality and long-term business model, as well as the strength of our relationships within the private placement market,” says Samuel Spetz, CFO, Nordiqus.

“The continued access to long-term capital on attractive terms reflects the strength and resilience of Nordiqus business model. As an educational infrastructure company with a long-term investment horizon, it is essential that our funding structure mirrors the longevity and stability of the assets we operate. This transaction reinforces our financial foundation and supports our role as a dependable, long-term partner to our customers and the municipalities we serve,” says Jenny Rehn, CEO, Nordiqus.
