Nordiqus has appointed Samuel Spetz, as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 5th. Samuel, current CFO, succeeds Jenny Rehn, who will step down, after successfully establishing and growing the company.

Jenny Rehn has been instrumental in establishing the Nordiqus brand, helped strengthen our organization, developed important relationships with our tenants and partners, and contributed to building a strong platform for the continued growth of our educational infrastructure business.

”I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together at Nordiqus. I leave confident that the company is in strong hands and excited to see the next chapter unfold,” says Jenny Rehn.

As CFO Samuel has played a key role in the growth of Nordiqus with deep knowledge of our business, our asset portfolio and our organization. His experience combined with his strong commercial and financial understanding, provides an excellent foundation for the next phase of Nordiqus.

”Nordiqus is a strong and well-run company with a compelling vision and a clear purpose. I look forward to further developing the business together with the management team and all our colleagues,” says Samuel Spetz.

“I thank Jenny for her contribution to building Nordiqus and shaping it into the company it is today. At the same time, I am welcoming Samuel as the new CEO. I am confident he is the right person to lead Nordiqus into this next phase” says Fernando Martinez-Caro, Chairman of the Board.

With more than 600 educational facilities across the Nordic region, Nordiqus remains firmly committed to its strategy and its ambition to be a leading owner and manager of educational infrastructure in the Nordics.

An external process to recruit Samuel’s successor as CFO is underway; in the meantime, Samuel will serve as interim CFO.
